Summary
Hexagon's Manufacturing Intelligence's Production Software is strengthening its partner-focused commercial organization across AIMEA and is seeking a Partner Account Manager to drive growth for Alphacam and Cabinet Vision, our CAD/CAM software used in manufacturing, woodworking, or CNC operations.
This role is for a commercially driven professional experienced in indirect sales, with a clear focus on managing and growing reseller and OEM partners to deliver sustainable partner-led revenue growth.
The position is primarily home-based with responsibility for the wider AIMEA region. Regular short-duration travel within AIMEA region is expected, with occasional longer international travel (including Africa or Middle East) as business needs require.

Job Responsibilities
- General
- Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and internal teams
- Ensure clear, effective, and professional communication at all levels within the organization
- Share product, market, and competitor insights with colleagues and management to support informed decision-making
- Ensure all activities comply with company procedures, standards, and policies, protecting and promoting the company's image and reputation
- Provide regular and accurate reports on activities, opportunities, risks, and issues as required
- Commercial & Business Development
- Achieve assigned revenue and growth targets across the AIMEA region
- Contribute to the definition and delivery of regional business objectives
- Provide structured monthly activity and pipeline reports
- Manage expenditure effectively in line with budget expectations
- Act as a key contributor to the formulation and execution of business development strategies
- Implement targeted strategies to drive partner-led revenue growth
- Provide commercial support and enablement to existing resellers to maximize performance
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new resellers, ensuring rapid and effective induction
- Monitor partner and account performance against KPIs and targets, recommending and implementing corrective actions where required
- Initiate and execute specific marketing activities in collaboration with internal teams
- Capture and communicate market intelligence, including customer and partner feedback on product requirements and competitive positioning
- Degree or equivalent qualification in a manufacturing, engineering, or business-related discipline
- 4–5+ years in a relevant commercial, partner, or account management role
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, with an appreciation of CAD/CAM
- Experience managing indirect sales channels, resellers, or OEM partnerships
- Excellent client relationship management, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Commercial acumen, including pricing, financial understanding, and cost control
- Self-starter mindset with strong planning, organization, and execution skills
- Competence with Microsoft Office and Salesforce (SFDC)
- Willingness to travel within Europe (short trips) and occasionally at a larger international level (Asia, America)
- English proficiency required; additional languages are a plus
- Experience or exposure to woodworking, construction, or manufacturing industries is highly desirable
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM software, CNC environments, or industrial production is a strong advantage
