Job Responsibilities

• As a Partner, you will be responsible for driving the growth, profitability, and strategic direction of the Audit & Assurance practice while maintaining the highest standards of quality and client service.
• Lead and oversee a portfolio of audit and assurance engagements, ensuring compliance with professional, regulatory, and firm standards.
• Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with key clients, stakeholders, boards, and audit committees.
• Drive business development initiatives, including identifying new market opportunities, expanding existing client relationships, and securing new engagements.
• Provide strategic leadership and contribute to the overall growth and success of the firm.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on audit, governance, risk management, and financial reporting matters.
• Ensure audit quality, risk management, and compliance across all engagements.
• Mentor, develop, and inspire high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Lead talent development, succession planning, and capability building within the practice.
• Collaborate with fellow partners and senior leaders to achieve business objectives and execute strategic initiatives.
• Represent the firm professionally within the business community, industry networks, and professional bodies.

• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive revenue growth and sustainable profitability.
• Established professional network and reputation within the market.
• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing clients, people, and the business.
• Extensive external audit experience within a Big 10 or Big Four audit firm is required for this role.
