Job Description

Role:

  • Manage RFQ events, including pricing negotiation, consolidation, analysis, and communication
  • Handle Partner Management (PM) tickets and ensure resolution within SLA
  • Prepare and manage Statements of Work (SOW) for internal review and approval
  • Research and engage potential partners/suppliers to expand the vendor network
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Partner Manager, APAC

Requirements:

  • fluent english
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Working knowledge of Power BI and Zoho (or similar tools) is an advantage
  • Experience in procurement, vendor, or partner management is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, especially in pricing and contract documentation
