Role Description

Responsible for recruiting, enabling and managing Delta Spike network of channel partners to achieve and exceed sales targets. Build and manage a portfolio of partner channel who will be taking Delta Spike offerings to new territory/business segments. Assess potentials for channel partners collaboration and ensure the opportunity is maximized for Delta Spike to achieve our sales objectives and enhance market penetration.

Role and Responsibilities Channel Strategy & Growth

Develop and execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy aligned with company objectives.

Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential partners across target markets.

Build scalable channel programs, including tiering, incentives, and co-marketing initiatives.

Partner Relationship Management

Act as the primary contact for all channel partners, ensuring alignment and satisfaction.

Build strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations.

Conduct regular partner reviews to track performance, identify opportunities, and resolve challenges.

Enablement & Support

Collaborate with marketing to create sales tools, campaigns, and joint go-to-market activities.

Provide technical and commercial support for partner-led deals.

Revenue & Performance Management

Drive partner-generated pipeline and close channel sales opportunities to achieve revenue targets.

Forecast channel sales performance and deliver regular updates to leadership.

Negotiate agreements, pricing structures, and partner incentives to ensure profitability and alignment.

Market Engagement

Represent Delta Spike at partner events, industry trade shows, and cybersecurity conferences.

Stay informed on cybersecurity market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.

Identify and share insights to refine Delta Spike's channel strategy and product positioning.

Qualifications

  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills for managing partnerships effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to develop sales strategies and achieve revenue targets
  • Expertise in contract negotiation and account management
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity services or solutions is an asset
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in market research
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
