Job Description

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Role Overview

We are https://www.verireader.com/ , the AIoT and physical data pipeline division of Mingyuan Cloud (HKEX: 0909), Asia's premier enterprise real estate technology giant. Having successfully deployed over 10,000 active ESG & IoT nodes across highly regulated markets like Japan, we are now aggressively launching our channel operations, starting with a heavy focus on Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ecosystem Strategy & Execution

· Lead strategic alliance negotiations with top-tier ESG SaaS platforms (e.g., Measurabl), environmental consultancies (e.g., ERM, Big 4), and physical security system integrators (e.g., Turing.ai).

· Design and execute white-label, DaaS (Data-as-a-Service) revenue-share, and API subscription models to ensure seamless integration of our physical data pipeline.

2. Channel Development

· Build the SEA channel partner network from scratch, developing tiered enablement programs (technical training, business incentives, compliance support).

· Manage the full partner lifecycle: identification, contracting, joint GTM, performance review, and renewal.

3. Technical-to-Commercial Translation

· Internally align product and engineering teams to produce partner-ready documentation (API specs, SOC2 reports, hardware deployment guides).

· Externally articulate the technical advantages of our zero-downtime edge-computing hardware and the commercial RMR model to partner decision-makers.

4. Go-to-Market & Growth

· Focus on highgrowth SEA markets (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand) to secure first lighthouse partners and achieve joint customer go-lives.

· Build a repeatable ecosystem playbook to support future expansion into Australia.

Qualifications:

1. Experience: 5 - 10+ years in strategic alliances, channel partnerships, or business development, specifically within PropTech or ClimateTech.

2. Network:A verifiable, active C-level rolodex including

· VP+ at major ESG SaaS platforms

· Partners at top-tier environmental consultancies (e.g., ERM, Big 4 consulting companies)

· Decision-makers at statewide or cross-border system integrators

3. Technical & Commercial Fluency:Solid understanding of API architecture, data compliance (SOC2 / ISO27001), and hardware IoT deployment – able to discuss API specs with SaaS product VPs and hardware margins/RMR with SIs.

4. Languages:Fluent English, Chinese

5. Natural ecosystem connector: you succeed by making partners successful, not by controlling the deal.

6. Entrepreneurial: comfortable defining processes in ambiguity, willing to go into the field with partners.
