Job Summary

This is a sales development role focuses on meeting sales target with upholding UM's values and compliance policies. Key duties include driving Corporate and SME market growth via Enterprise Business (EB) Partner channels, achieving sales targets, expanding partnerships, and align with corporate goals. It aims to build a sales-oriented pool of EB partners to support overall company business goals achievement particularly into Corporate and SME market segment.

Key Role & Responsibilities:

  • To hit the sales target set by management; includes monthly target, EB partner recruitment, sales campaign.
  • To have minimum 5-8 partner visits per week. Ensure sales activities are executed as planned, with partner sales productivity tracked and achieved. This includes sales pipeline review, selling skill, identifying challenges and gap to improve.
  • Provide timely updates to superiors such as sales progress and activities status, besides to submit weekly sales forecasts and reports on time.
  • Always updated with industry trends and competitor movements.
  • To recruit and train new EB partners in assigned territory.
  • To ensure good knowledge of product and sales process, particularly compliance policy is clearly delivered & communicated to EB partners and are adhered to business policy and code of conduct
  • Identify potential SME markets for sales acquisition and initiate business penetration program
  • To assist sales administration task or projects as directed.

About You

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or related field with 5-8 years of sales experience, ideally in Enterprise Business (EB), dealer/trade agent channels, or SME account management.
  • Strong drive to achieve sales goals, excellent hunting skills, and ability to develop and grow new business opportunities.
  • Skilled in establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • A team player, effective communicator with good interpersonal skill.
  • Strong sales presentation abilities and clear message delivery.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
