Build and manage strategic partnerships to help grow Shopee's brand, ecosystem and campaigns to better serve our millions of users in Malaysia
Own the relationship for key partners, ranging from MNCs to NGOs, continually engaging current partners and fostering new partnerships with Malaysia's leading brands
End-to-end ownership of partnership campaigns: pitching, planning, budgeting, execution and reporting.
Understand Shopee's ecosystem (e.g. Platform features, Data, Marketing assets, Seller programmes) and collaborate with various business and technical teams to materialise campaigns
Represent Shopee on public channels for partnerships (e.g. events, conferences, media), engage stakeholders ranging from CXOs to everyday users
Track and analyse campaign performance against goals, highlight growth opportunities and facilitate solutions for issues
Manage contract revisions in English with the support of the Legal team
Requirements
Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field
At least two years of relevant work experience. Prior experience in startup, VC and/or company building context. Partnership/business development/project management is a plus
Open and out-going personality, eager to meet new people and partners
Good communicator and able to manage relationships diplomatically
Good business acumen to craft, pitch and negotiate partnership campaigns
Project and task management skills; able to keep campaigns and projects within scope, budget and time
Strong analytical abilities and able to convert data into coherent insights and narratives
