Your new role

As a Partnership Manager, you will lead the development and execution of strategic partnerships across banks, fintechs, regulators, merchants, and technology providers. You will be responsible for sourcing and evaluating potential partners, negotiating commercial terms, and ensuring seamless implementation with cross-functional teams. Beyond deal-making, you will nurture existing relationships to maximise value, engage with regulatory bodies, and represent the organisation in industry forums. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you will directly influence the organisation's growth trajectory.

What you'll need to succeed

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
  
• At least 8 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategy within fintech, payments, banking, SaaS, or digital financial services
  
• Proven success in structuring and negotiating commercial deals with diverse stakeholders
  
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to build business cases and assess risks
  
• Technical literacy in API integrations, compliance, and product requirements
  
• Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills
  
• Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability to thrive in fast-paced environments
  
• Established connections within the fintech ecosystem will be an advantage
