Job Objective
The Parts Planning & Procurement Manager is responsible for managing parts planning and procurement of imported and domestic parts for the Stellantis Regional Warehouse. The role supports multi-origin ensuring optimal inventory availability, service levels, and cost efficiency to meet dealer and business demand during the contract period.
2. Key Accountabilities:
Parts Planning & Forecasting
- Perform demand forecasting using inventory, sales, production data, and market trends to predict future parts requirements.
- Ensure parts availability to support dealer demand and service level targets.
- Determine replacement parts requirements based on inspection of old or obsolete parts.
Inventory & Warehouse Management
- Maintain optimal inventory levels to avoid shortages, excess stock, and non-moving inventory.
- Monitor and control E&O (Excess & Obsolete) inventory.
- Achieve inventory performance targets in line with management KPIs.
Procurement & Ordering
- Create and manage import and domestic purchase orders through Stellantis systems (MPS, CSPS, MRP) and supporting communications.
- Manage purchase order lifecycle, including tracking, reconciliation, and closure.
- Coordinate release of new purchase contracts and renewal of supplier agreements, as applicable within the contract tenure.
Manufacturing & Supply Chain Coordination
- Coordinate with manufacturing plants to arrange critical parts, including VOR and non-VOR requirements.
- Work closely with regional warehouses, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
Systems, Tools & Reporting
- Utilize Stellantis global tools to confirm orders with regional warehouses and suppliers.
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, monthly, and annual KPI reports to management.
- Monitor and drive performance against defined KPIs.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
Education
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Automotive, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
Experience
- 8 - 12 years of experience in Inventory Planning / Parts Procurement, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of the local and regional automotive landscape.
Technical & Functional Skills
- Knowledge of demand forecasting and inventory planning principles.
- Understanding of parts engineering and parts ordering processes.

- Fluent in English.
