Patient Service Associate Executive, Business Office (Inpatient Billing)

You will ensure accurate and timely processing of inpatient billing and claims processing. You will provide excellent customer service to patient enquiries, feedback and explanation on Hospital policies and Medisave regulations.

You are also expected to assist Supervisors in other ad hoc projects and duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma with 2 years relevant work experience
• Good communication (both written and spoken) skills
• Team player with good analytical skills and the ability to work independently
• Knowledge of SAP and prior customer service experience in a healthcare environment will be an added advantage
