Job Description:

  • Assist in day-to-day (BAU) tasks related to ShopeeFood's Payment Operations
  • Support daily IH (Issue Handling) case management and respond to payment-related inquiries, such as checking refund statuses or investigating discrepancies
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining reports, trackers, and dashboards to monitor key payment performance indicators
  • Help identify opportunities to improve operational processes, streamline workflows, and enhance efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure payment-related issues are resolved in a timely and accurate manner

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, simple formulas)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Background in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fields is preferred
