Why this role

Money only moves as well as the channels and providers behind it. This role runs the day-to-day operation of those channels: whether each one is available, whether settlements arrive on time and match, and whether the numbers agree with finance. You'll close the monthly reconciliation loop with each partner, flag problems early, and simplify how settlement works across the main platform and its regional entities. Within 12 months, discrepancies close faster, incidents are logged and shared the same day, and the manual steps that can be automated are.

What you'll do

• Run day-to-day operations for payment channels and partner service providers

• Own the monthly settlement and reconciliation with each channel and partner, and chase every discrepancy to resolution

• Work with the finance team on payments, collections, and cost accounting

• Track partner performance (availability, speed, incidents), and log and share anomalies as they appear

• Map and standardize settlement paths across the main platform and regional entities

• Improve operating processes and automate the steps that allow it

What you'll bring

Non-negotiables

• Has run payment, settlement, or reconciliation work hands-on in a payments, financial operations, or finance role

• Understands clearing, settlement, and reconciliation well enough to trace where a difference comes from

• Is exact with numbers, comfortable with data tools, and keeps process improvement and automation moving

• Works smoothly with finance, product, and external providers; bilingual in Chinese and English
