Job Description
About the company
We are one of the world's earliest and most established digital asset platforms, serving tens of millions of users across global markets. Consistently ranked among the top exchanges worldwide, we support a comprehensive suite of trading and wealth management products across thousands of digital assets. With thousands of employees spanning key financial hubs globally, we operate with a remote-first, high-autonomy culture that attracts talent who thrive in fast-moving, intellectually demanding environments. We are building the financial infrastructure of the next era of the internet.
Why this role
We're building a new payments business for international users, and how people fund and cash out is where a product earns trust or loses it. You'll hold the whole payment product in one seat: which channels we add, which flows we fix first, and how each market's regulatory rules shape both. Done well, users move money smoothly and every market stays on the right side of its regulators.
What you'll do
- Run the payment product as a single owner, from roadmap to launch to ongoing performance
- Take new banking, card acquiring, and local payment channels from partner conversation to live traffic
- Rework funding, cash-out, and card payment journeys so they are faster for users and defensible to regulators
- Decide what comes first when partners, engineers, compliance, and risk all want something, then align them around one launch plan
- Keep overseas teams and partners in sync across time zones
What you'll bring
Non-negotiables
- Has run a payment or financial product area end to end and owned the trade-offs between competing demands
- Understands funding and cash-out flows and the compliance rules that shape them
- Can hold partners, engineers, compliance, and risk to a single plan
- Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English, spoken and written, to work day to day with colleagues in other time zones
Bonus
- Has working knowledge of payment system design: API connections, settlement, reconciliation
- Has launched payment features in markets outside their home country
