Job Title: Payment Test Manager

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Core Skills: Payment Domain, JIRA, Confluence

Role Expectations:

• Manage E2E testing activities for Payment Domain for a banking customer
• Prepare test strategy, test plans and other test artefacts for the testing service delivery
• Engage with various stakeholders to ensure testing services meet the banks objectives and demand
• Conduct review of test deliverable with stakeholders and obtain sign off.
• Mobilize team of testers and supervise testers for implementation of testing delivery
• Report test metrics to stakeholders
• Conduct defect triage meetings
• Implement best practices and maintain lessons learnt for improvement

Requirements:

• Min 5 years of working experience in PROS and payments domain banking application testing as Test Manager.
• Should have expertise in various payment systems like card processing, ACH, and real-time payment systems
• Should be able to Manage and oversee the day-to-day delivery of test services in the conduct of testing
• Experience in managing software testing projects for PRO- Payment applications
• Prepare test strategy, test plans and other test artefacts for the testing service delivery
• Exposure/Experience working on Test Management tools like ALM/JIRA
• Stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of Automation and Performance Testing
