Job Description

Prepare, analyze and audit various times such as payroll general ledger accounts, reports and state, federal and city tax returns.

. Compile payroll statistics for various reports for all locations and when necessary outside agencies

. Update and maintain payroll and other financial records.

. Prepare, analyze and select methods of presenting various financial data.

Prepare forecasts and analyze trends in payroll cost and benefits and general business conditions.

Compute and prepare accruals and prepayment for journal entries and account reconciliation.

Review and analyze information for the preparation of financial statements, ledgers, reports and taxes for reasonableness.

May support other areas within Finance/ others department as required to meet department goals.

Resolve routing questions and problems, and refer more complex issues to higher levels.

Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.

Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.

May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
