Job Description

  • Process and maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records for the respective entities employees.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries, wages, bonuses, and other compensation.
  • Calculate and deduct appropriate taxes, benefits, and deductions from employee paychecks.
  • Prepare and submit required payroll reports to payroll agencies, such as tax returns, social security payments, and workers compensation reports.
  • Address any payroll-related inquiries or issues from employees, managers, or external agencies.
  • Continuously monitor and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to payroll and compensation.
  • Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a business-related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to take on administrative tasks in support of the team
  • Demonstrated integrity with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality of payroll information
