Due to rapid growth and subsequent expansion, we are now looking for high calibre Payroll Compliance Consultants to help drive Links International to become the HR Outsourcing Partner of choice in Asia Pacific.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, interpret, and assess payroll legislative and regulatory changes across multiple countries
  • Translate regulatory requirements into payroll system configurations and operational processes
  • Lead or oversee statutory updates in payroll systems, including testing, validation, and deployment
  • Provide clear compliance guidance, release notes, and training to payroll delivery teams
  • Act as a senior escalation point for complex payroll and compliance queries
  • Ensure payroll teams correctly apply new regulations during live payroll processing
  • Perform ongoing compliance reviews, audits, and payroll health checks after implementation
  • Identify compliance risks, execution gaps, or control weaknesses and drive remediation
  • Support internal audits, client audits, and regulatory reviews
  • Partner closely with Payroll Operations, Implementation, Systems, and Client Teams to maintain compliant, high‑quality service delivery

Requirements:

  • 6-10+ years of experience in payroll, payroll compliance, or payroll outsourcing environments
  • Strong hands‑on experience with multi‑country payroll legislation and statutory requirements
  • Proven experience implementing regulatory changes in payroll systems
  • Experience performing post‑implementation compliance reviews and ongoing assurance
  • Ability to translate legislation into practical, scalable payroll processes
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership
