What You Will Do

  • Manage salary accounting and payroll-related processes
  • Analyze salary and welfare expense budgets and related data
  • Support salary surveys and assist in developing compensation plans
  • Ensure compliance with labor income tax, social insurance, and housing fund regulations
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management

Who We Are Looking For

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field
  • 510 years of experience in compensation and benefits operations
  • Experience in managing large-scale of employees (More than 500+) preferred
  • Practical experience in employee compensation management
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin speaking is an added advantage

Skills and Attributes

  • Strong data analysis skills with high numerical sensitivity
  • Proficient in HRMS systems, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and PowerPoint
  • Familiar with attendance management processes and CSR audit requirements
  • Experience in foreign labor and stamp duty processes
  • Detail-oriented, resilient under pressure, and strong in communication and coordination
