Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead the Payroll, Rewards, and Employee Information function for a globally recognised luxury brand, ensuring accurate payroll, trustworthy workforce records, and seamless benefits delivery while maintaining compliance, financial integrity, and strong stakeholder confidence.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll, Benefits & Systems Management
- Oversee end-to-end payroll, benefits administration, and employee information processes across corporate functions and external vendors.
- Provide guidance to employees on pay, benefits, and HR-related queries to build trust and transparency.
- Manage HRIS systems and third-party providers to ensure compliance, timeliness, and service standards.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR and rewards specialists to deliver high-quality operations and resolve escalations efficiently.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and proactive problem-solving to support HR transformation and organizational growth.
Process Optimization & Digital Enablement
- Lead initiatives to streamline and automate HR processes using HRIS platforms, AI tools, and other digital solutions.
- Monitor service quality using metrics, dashboards, reconciliations, and variance analysis to guide improvements and support informed decision-making.
HR Operations Strategy & Governance
- Create and implement a technology-enabled HR operations strategy covering payroll, employee records, benefits, and position management.
- Collaborate with Finance and Corporate HR to align processes, resolve complex payroll or benefits issues, and strengthen operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate workforce information, organizational charts, and positions to support finance, corporate HR, and workforce planning.
- Ensure robust data governance, statutory compliance, and audit readiness across all workstreams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, benefits, or employee records, including a minimum of 3 years in leadership or service delivery roles.
- Extensive expertise in HR systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors), payroll and benefits administration, and workforce information governance.
- Demonstrated experience in vendor management, process improvement, digital transformation, and compliance oversight, combined with strong stakeholder management, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
