Job Description:

  • Process and maintain accurate, up-to-date payroll records for employees across respective entities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of salaries, wages, bonuses, overtime, and other compensation.
  • Calculate and process statutory and voluntary deductions, including taxes, benefits, and other payroll contributions.
  • Prepare and submit required payroll reports, including tax filings, statutory contributions, and other compliance-related submissions.
  • Respond to payroll-related queries from employees, managers, and external stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies related to payroll and compensation.
  • Support continuous improvement of payroll processes, policies, and procedures to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll and employee compensation data.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a business-related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to take on administrative tasks in support of the team
  • Demonstrated integrity with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality of payroll information
