Job Description

Due to rapid growth and subsequent expansion, we are now looking for high calibre Payroll Team Lead to help drive Links International to becoming the HR Outsourcing partner of choice in Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the professional payroll service delivery for outsourced clients
  • Manage a small and diverse HK Payroll Team to meet requirements (e.g., timelines, quality, and costs) and to ensure the tasks completed on time and error free
  • Review HK Payroll Team's works including payroll calculation, social security, billing and invoicing, year-end tax adjustment, etc.
  • Drive operational excellence within HK Payroll Team to meet SLA requirements
  • Be an escalation point to resolve issues and provide advice to the HK Payroll Team and clients
  • Raises relevant quality issues which may impact delivery and streamlines decision-making processes where possible
  • Run governance and reporting schedules with stakeholders on monthly basis
  • Work closely with the global project team in new client onboarding projects
  • Any other ad hoc duties and project assigned from management


Requirements:

  • In-depth understanding of end-to-end HK payroll processing
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines
  • Above 5 years of experience in Hong Kong payroll processing
  • Experience working in payroll outsourcing companies or shared services will be advantageous
  • Able to manage high volume payroll processing in a fast paced environment
  • Must be good in Microsoft Excel, HRIS and sensitive to numbers
  • Action-orientated, detail minded and organised
  • Fluent in spoken English. Foreign language will be advantageous
