Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the professional payroll service delivery for outsourced clients
- Manage a small and diverse HK Payroll Team to meet requirements (e.g., timelines, quality, and costs) and to ensure the tasks completed on time and error free
- Review HK Payroll Team's works including payroll calculation, social security, billing and invoicing, year-end tax adjustment, etc.
- Drive operational excellence within HK Payroll Team to meet SLA requirements
- Be an escalation point to resolve issues and provide advice to the HK Payroll Team and clients
- Raises relevant quality issues which may impact delivery and streamlines decision-making processes where possible
- Run governance and reporting schedules with stakeholders on monthly basis
- Work closely with the global project team in new client onboarding projects
- Any other ad hoc duties and project assigned from management
Requirements:
- In-depth understanding of end-to-end HK payroll processing
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines
- Above 5 years of experience in Hong Kong payroll processing
- Experience working in payroll outsourcing companies or shared services will be advantageous
- Able to manage high volume payroll processing in a fast paced environment
- Must be good in Microsoft Excel, HRIS and sensitive to numbers
- Action-orientated, detail minded and organised
- Fluent in spoken English. Foreign language will be advantageous
