What You'll Do
An FAE (Field Application Engineer) is responsible for providing technical support and application expertise to customers throughout the pre- and post-sales process. The role bridges customers and internal teams by understanding customer requirements, delivering product demonstrations, supporting design-in activities, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating closely with sales, R&D, and product teams to ensure successful solutions and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the sales team to analyze customer requirements and propose optimal solutions.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and proposals.
Assist in product selection and system design based on application needs.
Provide on-site and remote technical assistance during installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Act as the primary technical contact for escalated customer issues.
Customize solutions for specific customer applications.
Work closely with R&D and product management to relay customer feedback for product improvements.
Develop application notes, wiring diagrams, and integration guidelines.
Conduct technical training for customers, distributors, and internal teams.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including manuals, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.

Provide technical input for marketing materials and participate in trade shows or seminars.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, major in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
5-10 Years related experience
Skills
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and safety standards.
Familiarity with PLCs, drives, motor control, and industrial control systems.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and CAD drawings.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Customer-oriented mindset with ability to manage multiple projects.
