Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized People & Admin Executive to support day-to-day

office operations and people initiatives. This role plays an important part in ensuring smooth

administrative processes, a positive employee experience, and efficient coordination across Gobi.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment

while handling multiple responsibilities.

Office Administration

  • Manage daily office administration and ensure smooth office operations
  • Coordinate office facilities, vendors, supplies, and maintenance matters
  • Support onboarding logistics for new hires, interns, and visitors
  • Maintain administrative records, documentation, and internal trackers
  • Assist with travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and office logistics when required

Internship Recruitment & Coordination

  • Support end-to-end internship hiring process including sourcing, assessing, interview coordination, and onboarding
  • Liaise with universities and maintain internship pipelines
  • Manage internship documentation and internship lifecycle administration
  • Support internship engagement and learning initiatives

Employee Engagement & Internal Activities

  • Plan and coordinate internal engagement initiatives, celebrations, and team activities
  • Support company events, town halls, and employee experience initiatives
  • Contribute ideas to foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture

Projects & Operational Support

  • Assist in HR and operational improvement projects
  • Support implementation of internal processes and administrative workflows
  • Provide ad hoc administrative and people support as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, office administration, or operations support
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Detail-oriented with good follow-through
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
