We're looking for a People Analyst (HR) who enjoys working with data, strategy, and people insights to support workforce planning and HR decision-making.
What you'll do:
- Analyze HR data and market benchmarks to support people strategy and workforce planning
- Prepare HR analytics and insights for management and leadership reporting
- Support manpower planning, budgeting, and headcount governance with HRBPs and Finance
- Assist in organization design, job evaluation, and job architecture exercises
- Support compensation & benefits analysis, salary benchmarking, and internal equity reviews
- Ensure HR policies, governance, and compliance are aligned with internal and legal requirements
What we're looking for:
- Degree in HR, Business Administration, Sociology, or related field
- Minimum5 years HR experience in planning, strategy, analytics, or C&B
- Strong analytical mindset with good Excel / MS Office skills
- Familiar with Employment Act, HR governance, and data-driven HR practices
