Job Description

We're looking for a People Analyst (HR) who enjoys working with data, strategy, and people insights to support workforce planning and HR decision-making.

What you'll do:

  • Analyze HR data and market benchmarks to support people strategy and workforce planning
  • Prepare HR analytics and insights for management and leadership reporting
  • Support manpower planning, budgeting, and headcount governance with HRBPs and Finance
  • Assist in organization design, job evaluation, and job architecture exercises
  • Support compensation & benefits analysis, salary benchmarking, and internal equity reviews
  • Ensure HR policies, governance, and compliance are aligned with internal and legal requirements

What we're looking for:

  • Degree in HR, Business Administration, Sociology, or related field
  • Minimum5 years HR experience in planning, strategy, analytics, or C&B
  • Strong analytical mindset with good Excel / MS Office skills
  • Familiar with Employment Act, HR governance, and data-driven HR practices
