People Business Partner

Richeese Factory Malaysia currently hiring for position to manage human resources in support of achieving the company's vision, mission, culture, and values by controlling company strategies through policies and regulations to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of all departments operations.

Job Responsibility :

• Designing and determining the Human Capital Roadmap as a guide for the team to develop work programs that align with the organization's objectives effectively and efficiently
• Preparing human resources with competitive capability through attractive talent attraction, development programs, and employee retention programs.
• Becoming a business partner to drive the organization in achieving its objectives effectively and efficiently in accordance with company regulations.
• Formulating risk mitigation for each process that occurs and developing or updating the department's business processes to ensure all running processes are standardized.
• Developing and empowering the team to grow and evolve according to the challenges and needs of the organization.
• Initiating continuous improvement programs in managing resources and work processes to achieve effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity
• Develop and empower the team to grow and adapt to organizational challenges and needs

Requirement :

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Management, Psychology, Law, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, and related fields.
• Minimum 8 years in the same field, and Managerial position will be plus
• Experience with Design Compensation Packages, Industrial Relations, Labor Law Regulations, Strategic Management, PDCA Cycle, Continuous Improvement
• Proficient in English
• Willing to be place at Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
