Job Description
We're looking for a creative, people-oriented, and proactive People & Culture Intern to join our global team and help bring our culture to life across regions. This role offers hands-on exposure to the people-focused side of HR, including employee experience, engagement, internal communications, employer branding, and culture-building.

Responsibilities
A) Culture, Engagement & Employer Branding
- Contribute to global employee engagement, intercultural initiatives, internal campaigns, and culture-building programs through research, planning, preparation, and execution support to help strengthen inclusivity, collaboration, and employee connection across regions
- Help shape employee survey by supporting survey research and question planning, identifying key themes and priorities and preparing draft reporting or communication materials.
- Draft internal communications, prepare newsletter inputs, and support employee communications for People & Culture updates
- Gather content inputs for #LifeatAnnata employer branding initiatives and help develop employee stories, draft posts, and related write-ups
- Compile ESG and sustainability-related data, maintain trackers, organize documentation, and coordinate follow-ups to support reporting and related initiatives
B) Employee Experience & People Process Support
- Prepare People & Culture-related onboarding materials and communications to create a smooth and welcoming experience for new employees
- Support the performance appraisal process by tracking completion status, updating documentation, and generating reports.
- Maintain and update employee database, organizational charts, and related documentation to ensure records remain accurate and organized
C) Research, Learning & Project Support
- Support external market salary research by gathering and summarizing publicly available market insights to help the team understand salary trends and benchmarks
- Update and consolidate learning and development course materials, and collaborate with subject matter experts for input and alignment
- Provide research, coordination, documentation, and administrative support for any ad hoc People & Culture initiatives as required
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across cultures and regions
- Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized
- Passionate about employee experience, workplace culture, employer branding, and people initiatives
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and global environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools is an advantage
