Team Description:
The Regional People Team works with the Group President, Regional leadership, and Local leadership (across Asia and LATAM) closely to design and manage company-wide people strategy and transformation guidelines and initiatives. This role will be part of the Learning & Development (L&D) team within the Regional People team L&D team plays a pivotal role in cultivating a learning culture, developing high-performing leaders and teams, as well as organising top-priority company-wide leadership summits.
Job Description:
Shape overall leadership development strategy by integrating best-in-class leadership development thinking and emerging approaches (esp. AI application)
Design and deliver high-impact leadership development programs across different leadership levels across Asia and LATAM
Conduct leadership diagnostics and translate business needs into targeted development interventions
Own end-to-end leadership programs, ensuring high-quality execution while continuously improving program design, learner experience, and overall effectiveness
Requirements:
Highly adaptable, comfortable operating in a dynamic, evolving environment
Demonstrates strong curiosity and an experimentation mindset, with an interest in exploring new tools and approaches (e.g. AI)
Strong intellectual capability and structured thinking able to break down ambiguous problems and drive clear, actionable solutions
Proven ability in facilitation and engaging senior leaders Experience in large, complex organisations preferred
High ownership and drive able to independently lead programs and deliver results end-to-end
