People Engagement & DEI Trainee

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and cultural programs.
• Support DEI projects, including awareness campaigns, workshops, and events.
• Collaborate with HR and business teams to promote company values and inclusive practices.
• Help manage internal communication related to engagement and DEI activities.
• Collect feedback and prepare reports on engagement and inclusion programs.
• Research best practices and trends in DEI and employee experience.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate or final-year student in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Strong interest in people engagement, diversity, and organizational culture.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to use VLOOKUP for data matching and lookup tasks.
• Capable of preparing simple and professional PowerPoint presentations for meetings and reports.
