Job Description:
- Onboarding & Offboarding process.
- Follow up confirm contract renew contract and terminations.
- Time system (attendance, leave, Shift, OT)
- Manage stock snacks, office supplies and cleaning equipment .
- Conduct inspections of housekeeping duties as assigned in the schedule.
- Manage SOC Canteen.
- Facilities maintenance request.
Requirements:
- Good understanding of and is proficient in the assigned tasks.
- Communicate effectively with the responsible department.
- Consistently completes assigned tasks within the given deadlines.
- Effectively handles unexpected issues at the workplace, showing initiative and sound judgment.
- Able to work well with related teams.
- Can work at Yannawa BKK, Pakkred Nonthaburi
