About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and business-focused People Partner to join our People Team in Malaysia. This role serves as a trusted adviser to business leaders, driving the alignment of people strategies with business objectives while fostering a high-performance, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.
As a strategic partner to the Malaysia business, you will play a critical role in organizational effectiveness, talent management, workforce planning, employee relations, and the successful execution of people initiatives. You will work closely with leaders and People Centers of Excellence to ensure our people strategies support sustainable business growth and exceptional employee experiences.
