Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Specialist – Talent Acquisition Shared Services to support backend recruitment operations within a centralized Talent Services / Shared Services environment. The role will primarily focus on executing recruitment support processes, ensuring operational accuracy, maintaining SLA adherence, supporting stakeholders, and delivering high-quality recruitment administration services to front-end Talent Acquisition teams. The ideal candidate should possess strong coordination skills, process orientation, operational discipline, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume shared services setup.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition Shared Services Operations Support
  • Execute backend Talent Acquisition operational activities in line with defined processes and SLAs.
  • Support recruitment lifecycle administration activities including:
    • Requisition creation and updates
    • Interview scheduling and coordination
    • Candidate communication support
    • Offer documentation support
    • Recruitment tracker maintenance
    • Candidate document verification and management
    • Recruitment system updates
    • Onboarding coordination support
    • Background verification coordination activities
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of recruitment requests and transactions.
  • Maintain operational records and ensure data accuracy across systems and trackers.
  • SLA and Process Compliance
  • Adhere to defined SLAs, operational procedures, and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, policies, and documentation requirements.
  • Escalate process gaps, delays, or operational risks to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Support audit and compliance activities by maintaining proper documentation and records.
  • Stakeholder Coordination and Support
  • Coordinate with recruiters, hiring managers, HR teams, onboarding teams, and candidates for operational activities.
  • Provide timely updates and responses to recruitment-related operational queries.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional support experience for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in resolving operational issues within defined timelines.
  • Process Improvement Support
  • Identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency and process effectiveness.
  • Participate in process improvement and standardization initiatives.
  • Support transition and migration activities wherever required.
  • Contribute to maintaining process documentation and SOPs.
Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Education
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
  • Experience
  • 6+ years of experience in Recruitment Operations, Talent Acquisition Coordination, HR Shared Services, or Talent Services environments.
  • Experience in backend recruitment support activities within a shared services setup preferred.
  • Experience supporting regional/global recruitment operations preferred.
