Your Role in VT Market
sAs the Performance Management Specialist reporting to the Organizational Development Manager, you will be the architect of VT Markets performance excellence system. Based in Kuala Lumpur with global impact across 7 regions, you will design and implement the OKR framework, performance management mechanisms, and coaching infrastructure that drives our organizational growth from 500 to 800 employees. Working closely with HR Business Partners and HR COE team members, you will establish the critical linkage between individual performance, organizational objectives, and reward systems—directly enabling VT Markets transformation into a performance-driven, data-enabled organization where every employee understands their contribution to strategic business outcomes
