Job Description:

As a Performance and Process Executive at Daythree, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our departmental performance and driving process improvements. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing all departmental performance issues and devising strategies for their development.
  • Analyzing key metrics to inform overall strategy and performance, including budget accuracy, customer feedback, project performance, continuous improvement, and IT platform effectiveness.
  • Establishing performance metrics and driving strategy for performance management.
  • Coordinating with internal and external partners for benchmarking analyses and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Providing input to Compensation systems to support performance improvement.
  • Improving processes related to Performance Appraisal systems.
  • Analyzing operational and financial data to create performance reports, including trend analyses, initiative status, issue escalation, and potential solutions.
  • Developing and implementing monitoring systems for departmental performance indicators and standards, ensuring data quality and compliance with audit requirements.
  • Coordinating communication of performance issues to all staff, including preparing reports and giving presentations.
  • Planning and implementing a comprehensive performance management function for services across the department.
  • Providing strategic advice and guidance on the performance management framework.
  • Embedding/integrating performance management principles within the department, including strategic and service planning, operational service delivery, projects, and management.
