Job Description

We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketing (Assistant Manager) to assist the planning, execution, and optimization of our paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role requires strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and a deep understanding of paid media platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and programmatic. You will be responsible for driving customer acquisition through full-funnel performance campaigns.

Having App experience will be a plus!

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning

  • Assist in developing and leading end-to-end performance marketing strategies for acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Own and manage media budgets across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and other relevant platforms.

Campaign Management

  • Set up, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across search, display, video, shopping, and social media.
  • Define KPIs, build conversion funnels, and continuously improve CAC.

Data & Analytics

  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Amplitude.
  • Conduct A/B tests, attribution modeling, and report on insights and learnings.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with creative, product, and CRM teams to align messaging, creatives, and user journeys.
  • Coordinate with data/tech teams for pixel tracking, event tagging, and funnel optimization.

Tech & Tools

  • Suggest automation, scripts, or tools to streamline campaign operations and reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 24 years experience in digital/performance marketing, preferably with in-house or agency experience managing B2C campaigns.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Experience in budget management & planning for Media buy.
  • Experience in campaign management & optimization.
  • Experience in media buy across different platforms/channels.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Familiarity with TikTok Ads, or YouTube performance campaigns.
  • Experience with GA4, Amplitude, or Branch.
  • Experience in loyalty, fintech, or e-commerce industries is a bonus.
  • Experience using tracking platforms like Branch, AppsFlyer, or similar MMPs
