We are seeking a Performance Marketing to take full ownership of building and leading our paid media efforts from scratch. You will play a key role in laying the foundation for our media buying operations, including strategy, execution, tracking, optimization, and team development.
You should bring an understanding of all major advertising platforms, a proven track record of high ROAS across e-commerce channels like Shopee and Lazada, and a proactive, hands-on approach to performance optimization.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Planning
- Develop tailored performance marketing strategies based on client goals, industry insights, and competitive analysis.
- Research and recommend the most effective platforms, formats, and budget allocations for maximum performance.
- Set campaign objectives, KPIs, and ROI goals for all digital advertising initiatives.
Campaign Management & Execution
- Launch and manage paid media campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
- Handle the setup, targeting, and budgeting for each campaign, ensuring accuracy and adherence to best practices.
- Monitor daily performance metrics and adjust bids, ad copy, creative elements, and targeting for optimal results.
Optimization & Performance Analysis
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Utilize analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, and other tools to measure campaign performance.
- Use data insights to make recommendations for optimization and scaling, prioritizing high-impact areas for improvement.
Reporting & Insights
- Extract and generate regular performance reports, summarizing key metrics, achievements, and areas for improvement.
- Provide actionable insights and clear recommendations for clients based on data analysis and trends.
- Communicate performance results and adjustments to both internal teams and clients, ensuring transparency and alignment with goals.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work
- Work closely with creative and content teams to ensure ad creative aligns with the brand&aposs messaging and campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with account managers to align on client goals, campaign progress, and any adjustments needed.
- Engage with analytics and data teams to enhance data collection, measurement accuracy, and reporting processes.
Budget Management
- Manage and allocate campaign budgets effectively to maximize performance within client constraints.
- Track spending and adjust pacing to ensure alignment with projected outcomes and monthly/quarterly budgets.
- Provide clients with clear insights into budget allocation and spending, explaining how investments translate to results.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years in performance marketing or a related digital marketing role, with proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook) Ads Manager, Tiktok Ads, and others; strong analytical skills; and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and reporting dashboards.
- Experience in additional tools such as CPAS platforms, Pangle, & Performance Max is an advantage.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) are a plus.
