As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will play a critical role in translating business objectives into measurable digital outcomes. RESPONSIBILITIES
Implementation of Performance Marketing Initiatives:
- Develop and implement data-driven performance marketing strategies tailored to the needs of clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Campaign Monitoring & Analytics:
- Oversee the monitoring and measurement of online paid media campaigns (ie. Google/ Meta etc), using advanced analytics tools to track performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Conduct thorough post-mortem analyses of campaigns to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Digital Strategy & Execution:
- Hands-on management of digital analytics, ensuring that insights and trends are leveraged to optimize ongoing and future campaigns.
- Plan, drive, and oversee all customer marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless implementation and execution across the business.
Digital Advertising & Resource Management:
- Manage and supervise digital advertising buying activities, optimizing spend and performance for client campaigns.
- Drive exponential growth by maximizing resources through innovative strategies and creative approaches.
Team Work:
- Work closely with a high-performing team, including content writers, designers, and performance marketers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing to enhance team capabilities and overall project success.
Funnel Optimization & Growth:
- Improve business outcomes with data-driven strategies, focusing on optimizing customer acquisition funnels and conversion rates.
- Enhance customer lifetime value by providing strategic input to the business unit, ensuring that marketing efforts contribute to long-term client retention and satisfaction.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Ensuring that clients campaign performance marketing needs are met and exceeded, while maintaining strong, positive relationships with clients.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or any field.
- At least 2 year(s) of online paid media buy experience.
- Preferably candidate in Senior level specializing in online paid media buy service.
- Candidates need to have a solid experience in online paid media knowledge which includes but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook (Meta) Ads, Waze Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram Ads, YouTube Ads, SEM, SEO, Digital Channels etc.
- Able to analyze data to assess the campaign performance and improve customer segmentation.
- Knowledge on running international marketing campaigns will be an added advantage.
