Performance Marketing Executive/Senior Executive
Position Objective
Responsible for driving quality traic and campaign performance across digital channels, supporting both online and oline business growth. This role focuses on executing data-driven campaigns, supporting brand-led initiatives, and enhancing customer journey through paid media, KOL/KOC collaborations, and CRM alignment.
Roles & Responsibilities
Performance Marketing & Traffic Growth
Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok (SEM/Display/YouTube), and other relevant channels
Monitor website traffic trends and campaign performance to support Brand Marketing campaign objectives
Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to improve traffic quality and conversion
Work closely with Brand Marketing Team to align on campaign direction and traffic KPIs
Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics (GA4) to track traffic behavior, user journey, and campaign effectiveness
Identify drop-off points and provide actionable recommendations to improve traffic quality and conversion
KOL/KOC Management (O2O Focus)
Identify, source, and manage KOL/KOC collaborations for campaign support
Coordinate content direction aligned with campaign objectives (online & offline/store visits)
Ensure seamless customer journey across online and online touchpoints
Track and evaluate influencer performance (traffic, engagement, conversion impact)
Customer Data Platform (CDP) Collaboration
Act as the liaison between Performance Marketing, e-commerce and CDP team (e.g., Insider platform)
Align campaign objectives with EDM, web push, and app push execution
Provide audience targeting inputs and campaign briefs for CRM activation
Support data-driven personalization strategies
Emerging Channels & Innovation
Support exploration and testing of new marketing channels (e.g., Xiaohongshu/RED, new ad formats, new platforms)
Stay updated with digital trends, platform updates, and consumer behavior shifts
Reporting & Insights
Generate reports across ads performance, traffic, and KOL/KOC campaigns
Provide insights and recommendations to improve ROI and campaign effectiveness
Track budget utilization and optimize allocation across channels
Minimum Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Data Analyst or related field
13 years of experience in digital/performance marketing (Fresh grads with strong internship experience are welcome)
Familiar with digital ads platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
Basic understanding of SEO/SEM and e-commerce is a plus (not mandatory)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Interest in influencer/KOL/KOC marketing and content trends
Good communication skills to work with internal teams and external partners
Bonus Skills (Good to Have)
Exposure to Xiaohongshu (RED) or other emerging social platforms
Experience with CDP/CRM tools (e.g., Insider)
Understanding of O2O marketing strategies
Basic content sense (visuals, hooks, messaging)
