The Role
In this role, you will build strategic and technical skillsets in paid media while also developing your soft skills in client and project management.
As an end-to-end Performance Marketing Specialist, you will manage the entire lifecycle of our paid media campaigns from technical setup and optimization to direct client communication. Along the way, you can expect to elevate both strategic and technical skillsets in paid media and your soft skills in client and project management.
The role is predominantly remote, with the requirement of work-from-office from time to time.
Responsibilities:
- Plan multimedia advertising campaigns based on clients objectives & budgets.
- Activate media campaigns as per approved media plans.
- Implement tracking integrations as needed, and provide campaign ad copies.
- Effectively manage creative teams to deliver creative assets where required.
- Conduct day-to-day implementations & optimizations of campaigns.
- Generate performance reports to offer actionable insights and analysis to meet campaign objectives.
- Manage project stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects within SLAs.
- Participate in media strategy and planning for project pitches.
- Foster and maintain close working relationships with clients, and vendors.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of performance marketing experience.
- Proficiency in ad ops to plan and execute media campaigns across Search, Social, Display, Video and Commerce channels.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and project management skills to engage project stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret campaign data efficiently and effectively.
- Self-organized and independent, capable of managing end-to-end projects with meticulous attention to detail.
- Eager to learn and continuously improve skills to grow with the organization.
- Prior experience in media agencies, e-commerce, or account management roles is preferred.
