Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy, Execution and Optimization

  • Develop and launch full funnel performance marketing campaigns across channels such as Meta, Tiktok, Telegram and other applicable paid channel.
  • Implement and adjust performance goals, bidding strategies, and budgets to respond to evolving business needs.
  • Design and executive structured A/B and multivariate testing frameworks to identify high performing variations.
  • Drive high-quality lead generation through paid media campaigns.

Audience strategy & Segmentation

  • Develop target audience groups using strategies such as retargeting, lookalike audiences, and CRM data, to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis of user behavior, customer journeys and conversions pathways to refine targeting logic.

Cross functional stakeholders engagement

  • Align campaign timeline, messaging strategies, and asset deliverables across internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and brand consistency.
  • Provide strategic input and data-driven recommendations to support cross functional initiatives that enhance overall campaign performance and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years experience in paid media or performance marketing, CFD industry added advantage.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing multi-channel digital campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Tiktok, Telegram, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of key digital marketing metrics and campaigns performance indicators
  • Proficient in tools like GA4, Semrush, Ahrefs, MS365, and other essential ditial marketing platforms
  • Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and spoken, to effectively collaborate across regional teams.
  • Well-versed in current digital marketing trends, platform algorithm changes, and regulatory considerations in CFD industry
