About Us
We're looking for a driven Performance Marketer to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who's hands-on, analytical, and eager to grow into a senior performance marketer role. You'll be at the heart of scaling our paid media strategy across Meta, TikTok, Google, and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across:Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads,Twitter/X Ads, Google SEM/PPC (Youtube/Search) and Media Buy Networks (placements on dating/review/news sites, and other niche verticals)
- Continuously track, measure, and analyse campaign performance to ensure cost efficiency (CPA, ROAS, CAC) and KPI achievement.
- Identify trends and insights to drive better acquisition strategies.
- Run structured A/B tests, explore new ad formats, and experiment with emerging channels.
- Identify and plan new creative content for ads on multiple platforms.
- Work closely with the creative/content team to develop ad copies, visuals, and landing pages that convert.
- Report results and provide actionable recommendations directly to the marketing lead.
What We're Looking For
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or PPC (agency or in-house).
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager (must-have), and Adspower.
- Experience with at least one additional channel (TikTok Ads, Google SEM, or media buys).
- Results-oriented with proven ability to optimise campaigns for conversions and lower costs.
- Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Ahrefs, etc.).
- Curiosity and willingness to explore new acquisition verticals and creative testing.
- Self-driven.
