About the RoleAs our Performance Marketing & Content Specialist, youll be responsible for growing EasyStores reach and generating quality leads through a combination of performance marketing and content creation.
Youll manage campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google, and LinkedIn while developing content that speaks to our target audiences.
Your work will connect awareness to action, using the right channels, the right message, and the right timing.
Your Responsibilities- Drive lead generation by planning, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Produce high-quality content in both Bahasa Malaysia and English for landing pages, blogs, email campaigns, social media, and digital ads.
- Tailor messaging for different channels and audience segments while maintaining a consistent EasyStore brand voice.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creatives, visuals, and other campaign assets that support marketing objectives.
- Lead marketing campaigns with a strong focus on demand generation and measurable results.
- Repurpose and amplify content across multiple formats to maximize reach, engagement, and impact.
- Align campaigns with business priorities by working closely with product, marketing, and merchant success teams.
Job Requirements- 24 years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or demand generation (preferably in SaaS or tech).
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, or other paid platforms.
- Data-driven mindset: experience working with metrics like CAC, ROAS, MQL-to-SQL rate, trial-to-paid, etc.
- Familiar with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, GA4, and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign).
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work cross-functionally with design, content, and product teams.
- Bonus if youve worked with commerce tools or understand the retail SaaS market.
