Performance Tester with LoadRunner

Job Description: 3-6 yrs experienced Performance Tester with LoadRunner exp

- 3+ yrs of Performance Testing - LoadRunner working experience is a MUST

- Experienced working on LoadRunner Enterprise (LRE)

- Accountable and responsible for delivery of performance testing services

- Involve in Performance Test designing, planning, execution, and reporting process

- Hands on experience in scripting, execution and reporting

- Flexible, experience working on more than one project at a time

- Reporting is key here, experienced in managing project stakeholders with frequent PT updates

- Guiding, mentoring and supporting junior PT resource within the team

- Coordinate non-functional requirements collection process with all the stakeholders

- Specify test scenario and test data, Identify test cases

- Work with all the UOB stakeholders to review, provide feedback and sign off test strategy/test plan and others documentation.

- Coordinate with the test Governance team to ensure adoption of testing methods, standards and tools to coordinate any health checks or audits.

- Participate and contribute in forum, as to drive testing transformation and innovation

- Functional Knowledge in software quality engineering for web and mobile application, back-end integration
