Permit and License

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Play a vital role of the permitting and licensing process with compliance through solid monitoring approach, professional manner, and trusted relationship.
• Plan, manage and monitor permit license operating process to ensure efficiency and quality of work aligning with company business strategy, compliance, law, and regulations.
• Supervise and implement the permitting and licensing initiatives considering business direction, risk management, and potential impacts on company's performance.
• Support manager to communicate and provide advice, counsel, solutions and required decisions to management to ensure the smooth permitting and licensing process.
• Manage all permit license activity operated abided by permit license condition, corporate governance, and related regulations.
• Build a strong network and trusted relationships with regulators, government authority stakeholders, and related partners.
• Provide solid guidance, supervision and suggestion on the interpretation and application of permit license conditions, related regulations, and procedures to related parties and subordinates.
• Advise Business Solution related to business permit and license functions as requested.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Manage to acquire any permission for the new projects related.
• Data Management
• Manage to maintain data, necessary documents, and files to ensure accuracy and readiness.
• Manage to provide and distribute relevant data or documents to related internal parties as requested.
• Manage to provide Data Monitoring related to business permit and license functions.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Science, Law, Political Science or in related fields
• At least 5-7 years of experience in Energy Sector or related fields and 2-3 years of experience in leading team or project (Gas turbine will be advantage)
• Knowledge of energy market and policy
• Knowledge of project management and contract Management
• Knowledge of government documents and regulations
• Knowledge of business positioning, value proposition and supply chain
• Knowledge of risk management and controlling
