Job Description
- Strong hands-on experience with LoadRunner, including scripting, scenario design, test execution and result analysis.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in performance testing, with proven experience managing end-to-end performance testing activities.
- Familiarity with performance monitoring tools such as SiteScope, Dynatrace, PerfMon or equivalent tools.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
- Good understanding of performance testing methodologies, including load, stress, endurance and spike testing.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently with project stakeholders.
Added Advantages
- Hands-on experience with JMeter.
- Prior experience in banking or financial services domain.
