Personal Assistant

We are a dynamic and expanding conglomerate involved in a wide range of business activities which include financial services, consumer marketing, gaming, property, hotels & resorts and recreation development in Malaysia and overseas. In line with our Group's expansion, we are seeking proactive and dynamicgraduates to support our senior management team. Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the Senior Management team in all areas of work including handling administrative and operational matters.
  • To undertake other special assignment, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required.

Requirements:

  • Strong command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin is a prerequisite. We are seeking candidates proficient in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications or other related fields.
  • Fresh graduates with excellent academic records are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Able to work independently with great initiative and a high level of confidentiality and trust.
  • Resourceful, mature, highly committed and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
