Job Description

  • Prepare reports, meeting materials, and executive documents.
  • Draft speeches, presentations, talking points, and correspondence.
  • Manage the President's calendar and prioritize key meetings and tasks.
  • Attend meetings with the President, take notes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and goals.
  • Develop project plans, track milestones, and monitor performance metrics.
  • Engage with global, regional, and local stakeholders to drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Maintain dashboards and project documentation for decision-making and accountability.
  • Identify risks and obstacles, propose mitigation strategies, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Provide regular updates and executive summaries on project progress.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making.
  • Arrange travel and provide on-site support during business trips.
  • Handle all administrative matters within the President's Office.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
  • 58 years of experience in executive support and project management.
  • Proven ability to manage complex calendars, high-level meetings, and executive materials.
  • Strong project management skills to coordinate strategic initiatives across functions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including drafting speeches and presentations.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills for creating professional executive materials.
  • High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and anticipate executive needs.
  • Flexibility to travel and provide on-site support during trips or events.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
