- MINIMUM 2 3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AS PERSONAL ASSISTANT, SECRETARY OR ANY RELATED
- PROFICIENT IN MICROSOFT OFFICE (WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, OUTLOOK)
- WILLING TO TRAVEL FOR WORK AND POSSESSES A VALID DRIVING LICENSE
- PROFICIENT IN MANDARIN (SPOKEN)
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- MANAGE BOSS'S DAILY SCHEDULE, MEETINGS & APPOINTMENTS
- HANDLE PHONE CALLS, EMAILS & CORRESPONDENCE PROFESSIONALLY
- PREPARE REPORTS, DOCUMENTS, PRESENTATIONS & MINUTES OF MEETINGS
- ARRANGE TRAVEL, ACCOMMODATION & ITINERARIES
- COORDINATE WITH CLIENTS, STAFF, AND EXTERNAL PARTIES
- MAINTAIN CONFIDENTIAL FILES AND RECORDS
- ASSIST IN OFFICE ADMINISTRATION TASKS
- REMIND EMPLOYER OF IMPORTANT TASKS AND DEADLINES
- SUPPORT DURING MEETINGS AND EVENTS WHEN REQUIRED
