Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Cyberjaya for a Personal Assistant to the Chairman. The Personal Assistant will provide high-level executive support by managing the Chairman's daily schedule, overseeing diary management, and coordinating appointments. Additional tasks include administrative and clerical duties, organizing meetings, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring the Chairman's daily activities run smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Proficiency in Communication and ability to effectively liaise with various stakeholders
- Experience with Diary Management and scheduling appointments in a professional setting
- Strong Clerical Skills, including organizing, record-keeping, and professional correspondence
- Ability to work in an on-site environment with excellent time management and proactive organizational skills
- High level of discretion for handling confidential information
- Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in Business Administration or a related field is advantageous
