Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to support the Director in administrative, legal coordination, and construction project reporting matters. This role requires strong communication skills, discretion, and the ability to work closely with management and external parties.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full personal and executive support to the Director, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management
- Draft, review, and manage professional correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Assist in reviewing legal documents, contracts, claims, and related paperwork (training provided if needed)
- Monitor construction progress reports and claims submissions, and update management periodically
- Maintain confidentiality on all management and project matters
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Legal knowledge, legal exposure, or experience in construction-related documentation is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with construction progress reporting or claims coordination is preferred
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask independently
