About the Role

We are seeking a capable, discreet, and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director across personal, household, and family-related matters.

This role is ideal for early-career candidates or fresh graduates who are organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Flexibility is required to support matters outside standard working hours. Professionalism, discretion, and a warm approach to family and children-related matters are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Personal & Family Support

  • Assist in managing personal and children's schedules, appointments, enrichment classes, and family commitments
  • Coordinate with schools, tutors, caregivers, household staff, and service providers
  • Support personal errands, bookings, reservations, and travel arrangements
  • Follow up on assigned tasks, track progress, and flag issues proactively
  • Conduct research when required and provide organized recommendations
  • Maintain discretion and professionalism

Events & Private Functions

  • Assist in planning and coordinating family events, celebrations, and private functions
  • Support vendor sourcing and coordination (venues, caterers, decorators, entertainers, etc.)
  • Help manage timelines, logistics, and on-site coordination
  • Ensure events are executed smoothly and aligned with expectations

Administrative & Organizational Support

  • Maintain organized personal, household, and family records and documentation
  • Track expenses and support basic reporting
  • Manage correspondence, reminders, and follow-ups
  • Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time

Working Style & Availability

  • Able to work under guidance and gradually handle tasks independently
  • Flexible to support evenings or weekends when required
  • Comfortable with changing priorities and ad hoc requests

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with **12 years of experience** in company secretarial, event management, or similar roles
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Exposure to event coordination or family-related support is an advantage
  • Resourceful, responsible, and willing to learn
  • Confident communicator with vendors and stakeholders
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Comfortable handling children-related matters
